Governors

Welcome to our Governors’ section

Mildmay Primary School is part of Bridge Academy Trust.

Bridge Academy Trust Board of Trustees has delegated key roles and responsibilities to the Local Governing Committee for the governance of the day-to-day running of the school. These key roles and responsibilities can be found in the Local Governing Committee Terms of Reference and Scheme of Delegation (see the links below).

The Local Governing Committee consists of up to twelve governors and the Headteacher (ex officio governor)  and includes staff, parents/carers and the local community. The Local Governing Committee meets formally four times a year. Governors regularly visit the school to meet with staff and students.
