Book Your Child's Christmas Lunch

EVERY CHILD WANTING A CHRISTMAS LUNCH AT SCHOOL WILL NEED TO ORDER ON PARENTPAY EVEN IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR CHILD’S SCHOOL DINNERS

Please go to your child’s ParentPay account BEFORE 13th November to order a Christmas dinner for your child.

Follow the instructions below:
• Pay for other items.
• View Christmas dinner 2026.
• Tick the ‘I understand info’ box.
• Drop down questions – please answer all questions with Yes or No only - including the dietary requirement question. We know every child’s dietary requirement, so you do not need to give details.
• Tick the ‘I wish for my child to have a Christmas dinner' box and tap the confirm attendance button.

Without this confirmation by 13th November, we cannot guarantee a dinner will be available for your child on this day.

If you order a Christmas dinner for your child, please do NOT send a packed lunch in on the day to avoid food wastage.

The cost of the Christmas dinner is £3.50. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds on your
child’s ParentPay account – Payment is not required for KS1 children or those in receipt of a FSM entitlement but you will need to follow the instructions above on ParentPay to book your child's lunch.
