Essex Police Visit

Police officers Rosie and Smithy were in school to talk to Year 5 and 6 today. Their key messages were about:

• The age of 'Criminal Responsibility'
• What constitutes 'Hate Crime' and racism.
• Online Bullying, Crime and Personal Responsibility

Some of the information was quite hard-hitting and also VERY clear. We hope the children learned a lot about responsibility and making the right choices in a variety of situations. 

Rosie and Smithy also made a great job of showing that the police are approachable, caring and there to help.
