Staff Leaving - Mrs Sreetharan

Mrs Sreetharan will be leaving Mildmay at Easter after over 11 years at the school.

It has been a very difficult decision for her to leave Mildmay but she has accepted a new challenge working with KS3 children at Ramsden Hall School in Billericay. We are all very sad to see her go.

Mrs Sreetharan’s departure has brought about a bit of a reshuffle in Year 5 for the summer term. Mrs L Smith will be teaching for three days per week and will move to work with Mrs Parker in Puffin 5.

This, obviously leaves two days in Owl 5 vacant, and I am delighted to announce that Mrs S Kilbey who has been working with us from Bridge Academy Trust all year, will be joining us to take over this vacant teaching responsibility; as a highly experienced KS2 teacher and school leader, Mrs Kilbey is excited to be partnering Mrs Bird with Owl 5.

Everyone at Mildmay wishes Mrs Sreetharan every success in her new role and will miss her being a part of our team. I hope you will join us in helping make her final weeks at Mildmay memorable and in wishing her the very best for a successful career ahead.
